Add a freeform Notes feature with search

It would be so helpful to allow us to add notes to every segment so that we can recall details from that run in the future.

I would love to be able to enter details like the snow conditions, obstacles I had to avoid, or just a particularly good turn in a certain location.

Enriching runs in this way would make it easier to recall and cross-reference segments in the future.
