Add a random delay before audio coaching

When my son and I are sitting on a chair lift together, both using carv, the audio coaching kicks off at exactly the same moment. So we both struggle to hear it! I know most people are probably using earbuds - but for those of us who aren't, how about throwing in a random delay before the coaching starts? Or even coordinate between known buddies in close proximity so the coaches don't speak over each other?
