Add ability to edit Speed of AI Speech & Ability for Tip Playback

For non-mothertonge english speakers, might be hard to follow every feedback on a single playback.

So:

• Would love to have ability to toggle speed of voice playback (e.g. .5x, .75x, 1.25x ….)

• Also ability to replay the tip if you misheard with a gesture (e.g. double/triple tap earphones)
