Add ability to name small company skis

Allow users to type in smaller ski brands (makes) that don’t populate in the drop down menu. There are a ton of great smaller ski manufacturers beyond the big boys. Right now to add “ON3P” out of Portland, OR, the ski make has to read “Other”
