Allow editing

Not all ski areas are in the Carv database. This leads to incorrect information. For example, I skied this weekend at a small hill called Mount Pisgah in Saranac Lake, NY. The Carv app indicated that I was skiing a slide on Whiteface Mountain (which is in the database). Users should be able to correct such misinformation.
