Be able to search for Carv users nearby to record videos and make connections

It would be nice for Carv to find nearby users currently on the mountain and if the other user is interested, take turns to record one another while skiing. As people on Carv are generally very interested in improving, having videos of your own skiing would be very beneficial to track progress.
