Caculate IQ on top 8 turns of a segment instead of best sequence of 8

I find the new calculation based on the best sequence of 8 rather restrictive. I often have much better turn in the segment but they get ignored because there was like one or more bad turns , e.g. due to avoiding a skier or a terrain feature andhence you have to start building again a good sequence of 8. Using the best 8 turns seems fairer. Now you also get segments without metrics because no good enough sequence of 8 was found even though there were more than 8 turns but maybe not all of the same kind , at least as CARV detects them.
