Carving monitor mode where you here a DING if current turn is a perfect carved turn

Add a new monitor mode where you simply here a DING when your current turn is a perfect carved turn and a ERRRR when it is a skidded or snowplow turn.

Carv already has the percent snowplow/parallel/carving breakdown for each run, but would be great to have real time feedback for those that are still learning to carve.
