Dryland workouts, to prepare body for better carving on slopes

Mid level skiers need more content about dry land workouts, to be better prepared on slope. Posture, and balance , body angulation… these are not that easy for average skier.

Pls share some workouts to be done at home/gym, some you tube channel/exercises, programs, or even better- let these great skiers record and propose some workouts for carv2 community!
