Get optional notification when someone from your "favorite" skiers beats their SKI:IQ record

I already have several Carv users I follow and check on from time to time. I would like to get notified when they beat their Ski:IQ record.
This would be optional notification that I can turn off.
Another alternative - this would be separate flag I would have to set up for each skier: "get notified about ski:iq record".
