Give feedback when user wants it

Carv tends to start talking as soon as I get on the lift, when everyone is exchanging plesantries or discussing the last run. It would be nice if the user could customize when Carv starts talking. For instance, it could be when I finish a run and am stationary (lift line), when I get on the lift, or three minutes after I get on the lift.
