Indoor/dry ski slope mode

Have an indoor/dry ski slope mode to allow less turns to be recorded as a run (Even eight turns can be challenging on a small slope). Metrics like length and pitch could be brought in from a database rather than measured.

Indoor/dry ski slope is a good training ground for people not blessed to spend a lot of time in the mountains.
