Loyalty Scheme

Customer was disappointed not to receive the same benefits as the new customer offer of free t-shirts. Perhaps a loyalty scheme could be great for retention. Early renewal only applies to season pass, so in this case, the customer on a 6-day pass receives a renewal bill as usual.
