Messaging and GPS broadcast options

Have option to allow others to message you (as long as they are also skiing at the same resort to minimize SPAM). Would be a good way for Carv users to connect with each other.

Also have option to broadcast GPS location with different levels of accuracy. For family members, allow exact location. For friends, perhaps a general location (i.e which run they are currently on). Finally, a general option to allow anybody at the resort to know if you are currently there or not (with of course option to disable). Good way to connect and make new friends if you see someone on the leaderboard that you want to ski with is present that day.
