Provide Carv1 users with a 'footbed replacement packer'

When removing Carv1 a space is created in the boot, affecting the fit. Carv should offer a replacement packing piece to allow the Carv1 units to be eg. used by a family member or similar.

We could just cut the cable off - but then it can't be used eg in the 'buddy pass', in another set of boots (eg touring boots), and is just very wasteful. Furthermore I was never fully happy with the fact that the Carv1 footbed was thinner at the edges (producing a pressure point at the edge of the 'thick bit') - so keeping the unit in the boot is less than ideal.

Yes, I could go buy something and cut it to fit - but given how much we all pay for Carv subscription, providing a simple, free 'Carv1 replacement' packing piece for their deprecated hardware only seems fair, especially when many of us had to adjust our boot fitting to accommodate the Carv1 footbed sensor in the first place.
