Refine the auto calibration algorithm

Sometimes the auto calibration algorithm detects a wrong ski orientation and a tracker reset is required to resolve the issue. Also after taking off skis for a longer break or a gondola ride the detected ski orientation is sometimes skewed. This leads to poor Ski:IQ scores and in general poor metrics. A simple solution would be to calibrate only when going downhill, when a speed threshold is exceeded.
