Rename “Edging Similarity”

This metric is often misinterpreted- many believe it is measuring how similar the inside and outside ski edge angles are throughout a turn, rather than how similar both skis are rolling onto the edge during the turn. I recommend to rename this metric to avoid the confusion- something like “ski roll similarity”

Additionally, it would be nice to actually see how similar the two ski edge angles throughout the turn. Please add a separate metric for “Edge Angle Similarity”.
