Indicate whether Carv 1 or Carv 2 was used

I would like to suggest to add a selector/note to indicate the type of sensors used (Carv1 or Carv2).

I do realize that there are not many people who use both, but last year I had an opportunity to compare the two side by side and I could notice that the data collected is treated a bit differently.

Same skier, same day (conditions), same run would show different SkiIQ and some metrics values depending on the sensor used.

Of course, that’s normal as it seems that Carv2 is more precise/sensitive with respect to directional data, but Carv1 has direct pressure data (so that’s more precise for pressure-based metrics). So, knowing what sensor was used helps in analyzing and comparing the data/metrics scores.

Can we have an automatic indicator for sensor type (using the info in the app) or at least a manual note/selector to be entered after the ski session?

It would become even more important if in a few years there is Carv3.

Also, it would allow to mark the runs if there is some problem with the sensor. (Like last season I had a sync problem with Carv2, so that most of the days I skied with Carv2 have meaningless data showing parallel score 0.)
