Show which turns are carved and which are parallel on the run map and in metrics

It would be very helpful to have some sort of indication in the run map which turns were parallel and which were carving turns, not just left/right (black/blue) dots. In addition carved/parallel turns could be shown in all metrics bars simply by different bar fill patterns (carved=solid, parallel=hatched).
