Ski School Use

As an instructor, I can see lots of potential for using Carv in a learning environment, particularly for private lessons. Having a student be able to see, not just feel, (objective vs subjective), would be an excellent teaching tool.

I could see some ski schools offering this as part of a private higher end lesson. Implementation would require some thought but as a starting point:

• Ski school has Carv sensors for use by instructor in the class

• Instructors are trained on Carv metrics and how to use. Probably instructors that already have the Carv system for their personal use and/or chosen by management.

• A Carv program available for client to load on their phone for this one time use. Probably require special programming?

• Ski school would pay a reasonable fee for sensors and program

Some of the benefits from my point of view:

• Better feedback to the higher end skier or skier that has plateaued

• Marketing opportunity for both the ski area and Carv

• Skiers exposed to the system in a ski school environment may want to purchase a system for themselves.
