Support multiple sensors

Right now the app can only pair with one pair of sensors. If I own multiple sensors (I have both v1 and v2, use them on different boots), I have to “forget” the sensor in the app and repair from scratch. Probably a not a common use case but would be nice if the app can support/remember multiple sensors.
