Time Readout When Using Audio Coaching

Not strictly ski functionality, but for those of us using audio coaching, Carv is taking control of our audio systems.

It would be nice to have an optional functionality where we can have the audio tell us the time at user defined intervals. This would reduce the need to use phones and allow for greater focus and time management.
