Turn off audio feedback - improvement needed

The option to turn off audio feedback is tucked away approx. 3 layers from front screen, and once selected gets IGNORED by Carv.

To actually turn off audio, you need to press 'Start', and immediately turn Off Audio feedback. This only works for the current session, and needs to be repeated for every session/day.

This means that the 'Audio off' option in Settings is NOT working or is being ignored once 'Start' is pressed.
