Update map view so you can see which runs have and haven't been skied

Currently the map view shows all runs as dotted lines, and Carv tells you eg. "38/43 runs completed"… But it's really hard to find which ones you've missed, requiring clicking on each one in turn. Time consuming in a small resort, let alone 3 valleys..!

Suggest showing them with a solid line once you've skied them this season. Better still, with the SkiIQ for each run displayed (or perhaps a coloured dot which changes colour with higher SkiIQ) so you can see which runs you've scored lower on.
