USB covers

I'm just surprised you don't send replacement USB covers. They cost pennies and would quickly resolve what is obviously a known issue.
I get that it doesn't affect functionality but if someone spends Β£200 on Carv, having a bit fall off the first time you use them isn't great. If you send someone a small bag of covers, even if another one falls off, they won't care.

A customer complaint is an opportunity to make a good impression. Send out a small bag of USB covers to anyone reporting a lost one and they won't be talking about the design defect, they'll be talking about the excellent customer service.
