Adding a Carv Pass to my account
Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email with your unique Carv Pass Code. To add your pass, simply open the Carv app, make an account and pair your sensors. You will then be prompted to add your Carv Pass by entering your code - your Pass will then be automatically linked to your account.
Please note, if you purchased during pre-sale, your Pass Code will be sent to your purchase email around the same time as your sensors are dispatched.
When will my Carv Pass activate?
Once your Pass is added to your Carv account, it will then activate on your first ski with Carv. If you don’t ski with Carv after purchasing the pass, it will activate automatically on the the last day of the Northern Hemisphere season (30 April 2026).
Please note that your Pass will automatically renew one year from activation.
Adding days to my Day Pass
If you run out of days, you can add more days to your Day Pass at any time using our Carv portal on your Carv app. To find this, follow the steps below:
Click the 'More' tab in the bottom right of your app. Then, click the 'Manage' button. From here, you'll be able to choose 'Add more days'.
Alternatively, if you would like to add 6 days or more, get in touch with support to discuss renewing your pass early or even upgrading to a Season Pass!
Upgrading/Downgrading my Pass
By clicking the ‘More’ tab in the app and then ‘Manage Pass’, you can:
Upgrade your next renewal to a Season Pass
Downgrade your next renewal to a Day Pass
If you are upgrading, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with support to discuss bringing your renewal date forward.
Can’t ski this year?
No worries! We now allow you to delay your next renewal for up to a year. Just head to your portal and click ‘Manage Pass’ and then ‘Delay Renewal’.
