Returning Carv
We're sorry if Carv didn’t work out for you. We offer hassle free returns within 100 days of delivery, for which we offer a full refund including any membership fees that were paid upfront and unused. We will also exchange your unit for a new size within this 100 day window.
To request a return or exchange follow this link, where you’ll submit your request and generate a custom return label for your unit. You will need your Order Number (including the #) and the email address you used to purchase.
We request that your Carv is returned in the original packaging if possible. Provided that your return request is approved, your account will be fully refunded once your unit is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow 14 working days for the money to arrive in your account.
