All Carv orders are tracked to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information is shared via email at the point of shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking details.

Customs and duties

You will need to pay customs and duties if you are located outside of the USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Australia and the EU.

Below is a breakdown of customs estimates for countries where our customers typically order Carv from. If you don't see your country, please look at your own country's website to see what they estimate.

Please note that all customs and duties are estimates and may vary. For sensors purchased free with a season pass, your shipping invoice will reflect the sensor cost. Be aware that you may still be charged customs and duties on this value if applicable.

We ship our products from several different warehouses around the world. These include locations within the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Sending Carv to PO boxes

We can ship Carv to PO Box addresses in the US and Canada.

Unfortunately our nominated couriers are unable to guarantee delivery to PO Box addresses elsewhere in the world.

As such, we would kindly ask that you provide us with an alternate shipping address so as to ensure your Carv device is delivered as quickly as possible.
