Just ordered: what to expect now?
Thank you for ordering Carv!
You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase — be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
On the same day, you’ll receive your Carv Pass Code via email which will allow you to add your pass to the Carv App. Once added, your pass will activate automatically when you first ski. Or if you don’t ski with Carv this winter, your pass will activate on 30 April 2026.
*If you purchased in a retail store, your pass should activate when pairing your sensors to the app for the very first time. This can be done in the “More” section of the app, at the bottom left of the screen. If your pass does not automatically apply, please contact us and share the serial number listed on your outer packaging. One of the team will be able to sort this for you.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, but you’ll receive updates throughout the process.

Pre-order cancellations
As per our Terms of Service, you can cancel your pre-order up to the point of dispatch without giving any reason and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact us via email or live chat (at the bottom right corner of the webpage).
Please note that after your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel your order or make changes to the shipping address.
