Purchasing Carv Hardware Second-Hand

Carv memberships are not transferable between accounts.

If you buy Carv 2 sensors second-hand, we'll need the original purchaser's details in order to locate their membership. If that membership has already been used, you'll need to purchase your own to unlock Carv's coaching - the sensors on their own won't give you access.

It's also worth knowing that the Carv 2 lifetime warranty is tied to an active Carv Pro membership held by the original purchaser, so it does not carry across to a second-hand buyer.

For these reasons, we don't recommend buying or selling Carv second-hand.
